Our boutique stays began its journey in the spring of 2022 with our first two design sea views apartments. Later, in spring 2023 we expanded our services with two additional apartments, with garden views and better prepared for longer stays. After 4 years hosting travelers from all around the world, we restyled our four apartments to better respond to customer feedback and improve your experience. When we travel ourselves, whether it’s far away or nearby, we try to find well-cared apartments, hotels or stays where you can feel comfortable, that invite you to relax and get to blend in the area and its lifestyle (its beaches, its restaurants, its culture...), hand in hand with local hosts tips and recommendations. Jávea Boutique Stays was born precisely as an attempt to bring Jávea and the Valencia-Alicante Region closer to those who aren't lucky enough to live in that wonderful "terreta" -as locals like to call the area-, but that would love to, even if it’s just for a few days. Furthermore, for those who want to experience life in the capital, "Valencia Boutique Stays" offers an apartment for 4 people in the Ruzafa neighborhood, available for longer stays of 11 nights or more.

Our design apartments are located just one step away from the sea, in Jávea's Port area. Fully renovated in 2023 and restylished and reconditioned in 2025, our 30m2 boutique stays will allow you to immerse yourself in the Mediterranean-lifestyle. Our obsessive attention to detail can be easily seen in every corner of our boutique stays, decorated in the Mediterranean-boho-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort; you can choose from: - Our Sea view apartments, your best option if you're planning to stay a few relaxing days in Jávea, which offer a free-standing bathtub and a spacious shower with direct views of the Mediterranean. - Or our Garden view apartments, more functional, equipped with everything you need to enjoy longer stays (bigger fridge with freezer, etc). All of them have a Queen-size bed, air conditioning and heating installation, fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine… In short, everything you need for an unforgettable stay is here!

Our boutique apartments are located in an unbeatable location in Jávea: 150 meters away from the sea, between De la Grava Beach and Del Muntanyar Beach, near the Port, and a stone's throw from numerous restaurants and beach clubs. Jávea is a fantastic place, which offers a multitude of activities to the visitor, in all seasons of the year. Its more than 320 sunny days a year allow you to fully enjoy the beaches and coves in the area, its nautical activities (boat trips, jet skis, scuba diving, etc.) and its incredible restoration.
