Magnificent house next to the Church of San Francisco in Cordoba. Great location in the historic centre that allows you to visit the main monuments and tourist sites on foot. New and completely refurbished house. Decorated with exquisite taste, fully equipped and with top quality facilities and furniture that will make you feel at home. Our house can accommodate up to 5 people and has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, living room, kitchen, interior patio and terrace. All bedrooms have wardrobes so you can store your clothes and belongings. In addition, wifi, air conditioning and heating in all rooms. We provide towels and sheets for all guests, along with blankets and duvets in winter. It is a spacious house of 110 square metres and 3 floors. It is independent and has direct access from the street, which makes it easy for guests to reach the house. The house is distributed as follows: -Living room with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, Smart TV and dining table with chairs. -Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, nespresso capsule coffee machine, ceramic hob, toaster, complete kitchenware and cleaning products. - Three bedrooms. All have wardrobes and bedside tables to store your personal belongings. -A bathroom with shower, WC and toilet. Hair dryers, gel and shampoo. A second bathroom with toilet and washbasin. -A pleasant patio with access from the living room. -Terrace with shower for refreshment. A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with tourist guides, maps of the city and recommendations of places to eat. I will be happy to answer your questions and help you with anything you need. In short, an ideal flat for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the wonderful city of Cordoba.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located on Calle Nuestra Señora del Carmen, next to the Church of San Francisco and the Plaza de la Corredera. It is in a strategic position to explore the historic centre of Cordoba and enjoy its architectural and cultural charm. The Mosque, Jewish Quarter and Roman Bridge are 700 metres away. The Paseo de La Ribera, popular with locals as the city's main gastronomic attraction, is 350 metres away. There is a supermarket (Carrefour Express) in San Fernando street, 3 minutes walk away. Also 1 minute away and next to the Church of San Francisco Alimentación Ana, there is a small shop to buy basic products. If you are travelling by train, the station is 1.8 km away. The arrival by taxi from this point is quick and very comfortable. The Plaza de la Corredera is one of the most emblematic places in the city. It is the only quadrangular main square in Andalusia and is located in the historic district of the Axerquía. It was built between 1683 and 1687. It has many bars and terraces to have a drink. There is a great atmosphere at any time of the day and it is one of the meeting points for the people of Cordoba. There are also some annual events such as the Carnival or the White Night of Flamenco.
