Guests must inform the accommodations of their expected arrival time within reception hours, at least one hour in advance, it must be communicated exclusively through their booking reservation or SMS.

The hot water is by means of an electric thermos, if it empties you have to wait for it to fill up again.

Please note that construction work is taking place during 2025 and part of 2026 may be affected by noise and dust but will not interfere with your overnight stay.

Tiền đặt cọc của bạn sẽ được hoàn lại toàn bộ thông qua thẻ tín dụng, nhưng cũng phụ thuộc vào mức hư hại mà bạn có thể gây ra tại chỗ nghỉ.
