The house of 90m is composed of 2 rooms, a main one with a double bed and another smaller room, with a single bed and a double bed in a loft that delights the little ones. It has a large kitchen with the essentials for cooking, a bathroom, and a lounge. It has WIFI and internet with fiber optic, smart TV and satellite TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, microwave, toaster, water heater, etc, etc... The house is completely available to guests with the exception of a small room that is closed where cleaning utensils and some other belongings are stored.
House located in a very quiet area, in the surroundings of the Charco de San Gines, a natural lagoon in the heart of Arrecife the capital of Lanzarote. The Charco de San Ginés is one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Arrecife, full of bars and restaurants, very close to the main shops of the city and the sports pier, with a unique beauty provided by fishermen's boats and the sea.
