The property has three rooms each decorated with a unique theme and name. Guests can either choose the “Chinese Empress room with its unique decor of a Chinese wedding cupboard and a Tibetan drawers to store their personal effects during their stay. This room opens up on a terrace which has seating facilities allowing guests to sit out with a view over the pool while having their morning coffee or drink in the evenings. It includes a modern, private bathroom. Guests can also choose the simple elegance of the “Madras prince” room which provides a very relaxed environment also with its private bathroom. This room provides a refreshing green view of the garden. Guests can also choose to stay in the “Rajasthan Maharaja suite which has an ensuite bathroom and a beautiful spiral staircase leading directly to the rooftop where they can enjoy the stunning sunset views over a drink in the evenings. The Maharaja suite also has a lounge area giving access to the pool area and the lounge chairs which is yet another area for guests to relax in. The pool is covered by two wide sun umbrellas which allows guests to be protected from sunlight while they swim in the cool waters in the summer.

The homestay property is located in the heart of La Marina urbanisation, with access to a number of bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines both local and international, all within walking distance. The beautiful beach called “La Marina Playa” can be reached by car in less than ten minutes and by bicycle in around 15 minutes. The beach offers two options for food and drinks during the season. Guests can also visit the nearby town of Elche famous for its palm gardens where several varieties of palms have been planted. Alicante with its interesting historical centre of the Santa Barbara castle, the iconic promenade along the waterfront lined with a choice of tapas bars and restaurants as well the exciting shopping areas, has a lot to offer its visitors. A fifty minute drive takes guests to the town of Murcia steeped in history with its impressive monuments such as the cathedral and the Casino Real Museum with food that awakens the taste buds.
