We offer different types of apartments. From small studios to large apartments for families and groups. They are all fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. They are located in the city centre, making them ideal for travellers coming to take courses, masters and for business trips. We are available 24 hours a day and we are sure to offer you a great stay in Madrid.

Property information

The apartment features three bedrooms and one full bathroom, as well as a bright living-dining area with a Smart TV and free Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. It offers air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator. The bedrooms include two rooms with double beds and a third bedroom with two single beds, providing a comfortable setup for families or small groups. Located in the San Fermín (Usera) neighborhood —a working-class, multicultural and quiet area with excellent transport connections— the apartment offers easy access to central Madrid. Metro line 3 and several bus lines are just a few meters away, reaching the city center in about 15 minutes. The location is ideal if you are visiting the Caja Mágica, the Manzanares Linear Park, or the 12 de Octubre Hospital, all situated very close to the apartment. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, pharmacies and fast-food restaurants, making your stay practical and convenient.

The apartment is located in the San Fermín neighborhood, belonging to Usera. A multicultural neighborhood south of Madrid. Connected to the city center 15 minutes away with Metro Line 3 and several bus lines. The apartment is located on Metro Line 3 at the Hospital 12 de Octubre station, there are also several bus stops. You can get there by car via the M30 or M40
