Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside, the furnished patio offers a place to share fresh meals together and sunbathe in absolute privacy while the private pool - heated throughout the entire year - invites guests to refresh themselves under Lanzarote’s clear sky at any time of day. Due to its optimal location, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2-minute walk away while charming harbour of Old Town is about a 13-minute walk or 1.1 km from the villa. To reach the popular beach Playa Blanca, visitors need only walk 12-minute walk, where they can stretch out on the dark gold sand and listening to the water rolling up on shore. For golf lovers, it is additionally only a 3-minute drive to the closest golf course. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Lanzarote Airport is 9 km or 10-minute drive from the holiday home. The heating of the pool is always on for free. The machine is fully automatic: it turns on when necessary and turns off when the water reaches the optimum temperature to swim (about 25 or 26°C). The temperature is then at its maximum and cannot be raised. Please note that pool towels are not provided and there is unfortunately no hair dryer. Parties are not allowed. This property has a self check-in system (lock box).
