The guest has some obligations if he/she accepts this booking. Please read carefully and accept this booking ONLY if you agree with everything. If you do not agree, please DO NOT book this flat. 1. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00h. a. If you wish to check-in later than 20:00h and until 00.00h there is an additional charge that you must consult beforehand as it varies according to the flat. b. After 00.00h it is not possible to check-in. c. Late check-in service is provided by the hotel. The late check-in service is provided by an independent company, so it must be requested and paid for before 20:00 the day before your arrival. d. For bookings with check-in on the same day it is not possible to contract the late check-in service, so the latest check-in time is 20:00. e. In case of non-compliance, the entire booking will be lost, and the remaining days will not be available as the booking will be cancelled in its entirety. 2. Obligatory payment of the deposit: a. We remind you that the payment of the deposit corresponds to your reservation and accommodation, and must be made fourteen days before check-in. b. If your reservation is made less than fourteen days before check-in, payment by bank transfer is obligatory on the same day of the reservation. c. Amount: Consult the amount in the conditions of your reservation. d. The deposit must be paid by BANK TRANSFER. If the booking is made on the day of arrival, it must be made by IMMEDIATE BANK TRANSFER or CASH IN CASHIER. e. We also inform you that the deposit will only be considered paid once we have received the deposit, not being valid the provision of bank proof in any case. f. In the event of non-compliance, the entire booking will be forfeited and the remaining days will not be available as they will be cancelled in their entirety. 3. Minimum age for ALL guests: a. All guests must meet the age restriction or older to have access to the flat. No children are accepted. b. No changes can be made to guests notified by you at the time of booking. c. All guests must send us an identity card or passport to prove their age. d. This property is not suitable for stag or hen parties. IDs and Passports: By law and company requirements, all guests need to be identified with a valid DNI or Passport and this information will be sent to the National Police. 5. Pets: a. You must inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet and there is always an additional cost per pet per night. b. The pet must pay for the entire booking regardless of the number of days it stays overnight. c. In case of non-compliance, the entire deposit will be forfeited. 6. Additional persons: a. It is important that you select well the people who are going to be accommodated, as there is an exhaustive control on this aspect. b. Any additional person not included in your booking must be paid for at an additional cost. c. In case of non-compliance you will lose the totality of the deposit. 7. Check In a. It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check in. b. The check in cannot be transferred to a third person, regardless of whether he/she is a guest or not. 8. Return of Deposit a. The deposit is refunded from 8 to 14 working days after your departure as expressly stated in your reservation terms and conditions. b. For the refund of the deposit it is essential that you request it by writing to you reservation platform sending all bank details such as account holder, bank IBAN, SWIFT and booking number. Without this information we cannot refund the amount because it is required by the financial institution. Until this information is sent we cannot refund the deposit. c. Failure to comply with the rules or damages will result in the loss of the deposit automatically without the right to a refund.

Mandatory Police Registration

According to current regulations, all guests over 16 years old must complete the police registration before arrival.

Access to the accommodation will only be granted once the registration has been correctly completed and the deposit has been paid.

Bạn sẽ được hoàn lại trong vòng 14 ngày sau khi trả phòng. Tiền đặt cọc sẽ được hoàn tiền toàn bộ qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng nếu không xảy ra hư hại nào với chỗ nghỉ sau khi kiểm tra lúc trả phòng.
