Comfortable, stylish, fully equipped three bedroom apartment 5 mins walk from Pontevedra's beautiful medieval quarter. Sleeps four adults or two adults and two children over 12.
I have lived in Galicia more than half my life, emigrating from the UK in summer of 1991. Integrating into the local community was my main goal from day one, and down the years I believe I have gained considerable insight into Galican culture, especially gastronomy, history and language. If you decide to spend some time here, I have no doubt you’ll be wanting to come back for more. Bienvenidos a Galicia!
Pontevedra is the perfect destination, whether for a weekend break or for a longer stay of a week or two in order to explore the lesser known parts of the region. Most people consider it to be Galicia’s prettiest city after Santiago de Compostela. If you’re a wine lover, I can arrange private visits to vineyards and off the beaten track restaurants, boat trips, sea-fishing and sailing trips out to the local islands, tours of gourmet seafood canneries etc, etc.
