This new and clean flat is located in a new built area, Ensanche de Vallecas. The building is just close to Valdecarros metro station of line 1. You can reach to the station in 2 minutes by walk. Two bus stations 142 and 145 are also in the same distance even less. If you want to stay in a clean and calm area with a lot of facilities; wide streets, lot of parking places, green areas for walking, close to one of the biggest commercial center (La Gavia) and some other chain supermarkets such as Mercadona and Ahorra Mas, well access to A3, M50 and M45 highways, you choose the right place. Flat is well furnished with all requirements of a family, free WiFi, central heating and cooling, small but well equipped kitchen, a comfortable king size bed, clean and nice bath, view to nice yard of the building, padel court, swimming pool and etc. I am glad you choose my flat and sure you will like it.
