Welcome to Casa Maria Sol, a spacious and bright two-story townhouse located in a beautiful and modern residential community in Cadaqués. The property offers over 130 m² and features a private outdoor parking space within the residence, providing comfort and security during your stay. With over 30 years of experience in Cadaqués, the owners have carefully equipped the house to ensure a perfect stay both in summer and winter, offering all the comfort and amenities needed to enjoy your holiday at any time of the year. In the private garden, you will find a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying long evenings under the Mediterranean climate. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, distributed across 4 bedrooms: Master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with two 90 cm single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Bedroom 4, located on the second floor, with a large solarium and sea views — a perfect space to relax and recharge. We can provide an inflatable paddleboard and a baby cot upon request.
