A new renovated Apartment in the middle of the city center serounded by many restaurants, a few step to Tram station and the mercado central, a 10 minutes walking away from the postiguet beach , a 24 hours supermarket in the same building, also serounded by many museums and have a view to the most beautiful and important street, the property have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with dining table and american kitchen with kitchenette, washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toster, coffee machine with capsules, Kettle….

Neighbourhood information

a few step to the mercado central and you can see it from the view of living room, the 24 open hours supermarket under the building, also the tram under the building, there is pastry also under the building and all the restaurants and the museums and beach all a few steps from the apartment, so you don’t need any kind of transportation, you can reach any place by walking distance, absolutely you are staying in the heart of the city center with a best location and the most important that you can sleep without noise.
