Near the Sea, 300 meters. The whole apartment is available for you. List of equipment: KITCHEN- Coffee Machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, dining table , toaster and electric kettle. A fully fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans all supplied. LAUNDRY-washing machine and a dryer machine INTERNET- A Smart TV & free WIFI PARKING- private underground car parking included, The house sleeps 6 comfortably plus the sofa bed. ROOF FACILITIES: outdoor swimming pool, sun beds and gym. ROOMS: Three bedrooms – The master bedroom has walk in shower, a double bed, built-in cupboard with hanging space and shelves. The second bedroom is fitted out with single beds, plus a cupboard with hanging space and shelves. Third bedroom has single bed and pull out bed. Toilet and shower room with step-in shower has a large overhead shower head plus a separate adjustable spray-head on pole. Room for toiletries in the fitted cupboard with a large over-sink mirror. Apartment has good location on quiet street with short way to Torrevieja city centre and seafront. It takes only 2 minutes to promenade with many good restaurants and Blue flag quality beaches. Lovely sandy beach to use all year round. The promenade has many bars and restaurants that offer good value and a great diversity of food offerings. It is only 4 minutes from Bus station, grocery shops and pharmacy.
