Ocean View Penthouse apartment is situated in the heart of Playa Americas on a flat terrain, the building has a huge swimming pool, a children playground in a nice garden and a Tennis Court. There is a breathtaking panoramic ocean view from our penthouse, which is on the sixth floor (final floor) over the Playa Troya and Playa Bobo; they are just in a short walking distance through a palm grove. The popular sights around our pethouse are the followings: walking distance (3-5 minutes) to Siam Park/Siam Mall, Aqualand and also to Golf of Las Americas. The nearest Airport is TFS-Tenerife-Sur Airport is about 18 kms, so you can get easily here by bus too (the bus station behind the building) But if you would arrive by car a private parking is available too - at the courtyard of the building. The property has a balcony, a bedroom, and a kitchen with equiptments, and a fridge and an oven. A bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and complimentary toiletries. Towels, bed linens, coffees/teas and milk are provided. Free wifi and 2 smart TVs available. There is a restaurant, a grocery store, an exotic vegetable and fruits shop under the building.
We warmly welcome you to our renovated penthouse apartment, which is ideal for your perfect vacation; whether it's a fizzy nightlife, a relaxed leisure holiday or an active sport, in each situation everything is given here as the sun shines all the year above Tenerife. Whatever your goal is, you will find the way to fulfill here. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to ask me for any assistance. Also if you need any assistant to book your flight tickets. We are at home in aviation! We welcome everyone!
There are many attractions in the area, plenty of different international and local restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs around by the corner. There is a big casino nearby and the MAGMA cultural center with concerts and exhibitions. Siam Park and Mall shopping center is located directly behind the building.
