The bungalow has a private entrance and is located in the first row and near the road, it is very easy to park the car near the entrance. Fully equipped and furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, one of them very spacious with its terrace with views, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 very large sofa bed and 2 terraces.
The Bungalow is in Meloneras, located in one of the best areas of Maspalomas, surrounded by 5 star hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, a supermarket and several supermarkets, the private clinic etc ..., enjoys an excellent climate with views to the Atlantic Ocean and next to the golf course, where you can do many activities such as playing golf, cycling, diving, etc ..., with access to a large swimming pool, children's pool and jacuzzi, a few minutes walk from the beach and 2 km from the Dunes.
