Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform.
- If the number of guests present at check-in differs from the number of people on the reservation, an additional fee will apply. In case it is necessary to change the type of room, the guests will have to pay the difference.
- If the reservation is made by a third party who wants to pay the amount, the hotel must be contacted in advance.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms cannot be exceeded.
- All special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
