Leave used towels in the bath, don’t strip beds, you are on holiday, all goes to industrial laundry high temperature anti viral treatments throughout apartment. We do not accept liability for items left in the property or vehicles. These are covered by the guest’s own insurance. Claims must be settled during your stay. LOST PROPERTY- we will endeavour to photo and report items to the guest immediately after departure. we will offer to post items or store them for 30 days . we will dispose of items guests do not make any arrangements for in 30 days from checkout where no reasonable arrangements have been agreed with guest.
