If you're reading this description, don't hesitate and book, you won't regret it!!! 110m2 5 minutes from everything" is an elegant and sober design holiday home, located just 150 meters from the magnificent Las Canteras Beach. It has all the comforts: Smart TV 55', king size bed, trundle bed, bathtub, as well as cleaning, disinfection and laundry by specialized companies. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, leisure and transport, it enjoys an excellent location to visit the city and the island. A comfortable home to enjoy the island. It has a pleasant dining room where you can spend great evenings with views of a quiet street and the Sea in the background. It has two bedrooms, connected, one with a king size bed and the other with a trundle bed, Smart TV 55' and fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. The house is fully furnished with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, washing machine, juicer and blender. The bathroom has gel, shampoo, towels, a tub and a 20-liter thermos. It also has a beach set: towels, rackets, bag, refrigerator and umbrella. -Telework: ergonomic office desk and chair, office supplies (pens, pencils, notepad) and plugs under the desk. -If you come with your baby, we will provide you with a travel crib, high chair, toys, children's household items, free of charge and on request.
