Modern house "Atis" perfect place to stay, relax and discover Tenerife island. Allocated in a very quiet typical local village called Cueva del Polvo. The property has 3 bedrooms and two spacious terraces offering a beautiful front sea and La Gomera island view. Within 3 minutes by car you can reach surrounding beaches : " Playa Jaquita" and " Playa Arena".There are next door restaurant "Taverna La Brasa" with local fresh food and the bar. Supermarket Mercadona only 3 min drive from the house. Travel time by car from the South Airport is approximately 35 minutes. This is a perfect location for discovering the island and easy connection to the South motorway. 240m2 casa "Atis" with private garage,3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and two big terraces , one with BBQ facilities. House nicely decorated, all furniture is modern,new and high quality. All made with love for your special holidays!
