The house is entirely private and reserved for your exclusive use. A private pool in the back garden gives you time and space to relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The villa comfortably accommodates eight guests with a triple bunk and a single bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms, a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a king-size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, also featuring a private bathroom. The lounge has space to sit and watch TV, and the open porch at the front is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by in a beautiful, shady space. In the back garden, we have a private pool, a dining area that seats eight, eight sun loungers with cushions, a sofa set, and a BBQ. Relax, unwind and feel at home here. Parties are not permitted. No more than the number of guests booked to stay at the property will be admitted. Any violation of this policy will be reported to us by our keyholders, and an additional fee will be charged. Music in the garden after midnight is not permitted, as this is a quiet residential area with families living nearby. We want you to have a great holiday, but acting respectfully towards our neighbours is a non-negotiable requirement. If you plan to party all night, please refrain from booking with us. Your damage deposit must be transferred to us before arrival, and will be returned to you in full on the day of departure. Your deposit relates to both damage and behaviour. Your deposit will not be returned if we receive complaints about guest conduct, more people stay than have booked, a party is held, music is played after midnight, or the house is left in poor condition.

We love sharing our home with respectful individuals who will appreciate and respect it. This is where we plan to retire, and it is a family home, so it is not your typical rental with just the basics. You will be welcomed into our home by Rob and Annemarie, our incredible support team. They will welcome you on arrival, show you around the house, and explain how everything works. We trust you to love and care for our home. Should you need them, Rob and Annemarie will be on hand throughout your stay. We want our guests to have a really personalised stay, with no anonymous key safes or check-ins. We are based in the UK and work as mortgage brokers, so we are super busy, in addition we have six amazing children so knowing we have a great support team is key to successfully sharing our home with you.

Our part of the development is tranquil. It is located at the furthest point from the bars and restaurants, which are situated in both Sections A & B. We wanted peace, quiet, and tranquillity above all when we bought our home. We expect our guests to respect this and be mindful of others. Please be aware that you will need a car, as the house is a short 8-minute drive from shops and amenities. If you want to be within walking distance of a shop, bar, or restaurant, please do not book, as you will need to drive to either Sector A, Sector B, or the port of Mazarrón for these amenities. The stunning beach at Bolnuevo is a 20-minute drive away. The house is in a tranquil residential area. For a group booking of adults, all those staying must be over the age of 24. If we suspect that you are under the age of 24, we will request ID from those individuals. Should any member of the party be under the age of 24, your booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. The only guests permitted under the age of 24 are those travelling with their parents, who are also staying in our home. Music and loud noise are not permitted in the garden or the house after midnight. Our neighbours live next door, and disturbing them is not acceptable. Please don't book if you intend to party all night, as this is not something we are willing to subject our neighbours to. Guest misconduct will be reported to Bookingdotcom, and your damage and behaviour deposit will not be returned.
