The house, renovated, has all the comforts for a few pleasant days in Puerto Del Carmen. Going up the private staircase we enter the hall and a spacious living room with a flat screen television with a typical Canarias balcony with sea view. The fully renovated kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, stove, toaster, juicer, oven, and microwave and capsule-style coffee maker. You can choose to eat in the kitchen or in a cozy dining room with air conditioning. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet. The main bedroom has a 1.80 bed, TV and air conditioning with a double entrance bathroom. Another bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 and air conditioning plus a bedroom with a bed of 1.60 with a comfortable private toilet en suite. The main bedroom and the one with single beds also have the typical Canarian balcony. Going up a beautiful spiral staircase, the large terrace with views of the ocean is surrounded by a living room with television, another bedroom with a 1.80 bed, a complete bathroom with shower and air conditioning. On this floor there is a washing machine, dryer and the terrace is equipped with deckchairs, Jacuzzi and a fitness room. The House is located on the seafront of Puerto de Carmen, crossing the strret you are in Playa La Peñita (beach). The house in a a very touristy place with all kinds of services to its redeemer. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and in front of the same beach. A few kilometers from the airport.
