The house was built in 2013 and stands out by its modern Ibiza style, the perfect distribution of its rooms and its avant-garde decoration which will make you feel like you’re in a magazine house.
The villa features an amazing sports area which includes an area to practice swing and a small football field, which surely will be a hit with the whole family. The villa also lies just 5 minutes walking distance from the Ifach Golf course.
The situation of Moraira Sport couldn’t be better. The neighbourhood is very quiet, without traffic but at the same time, very close to town. The centre of Moraira is just 7 minutes’ drive away and Cala Andrago just 5 minutes away.
The villa is distributed on two floors. Downstairs you will find a large dining room with a guest washroom and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Then you will find a cosy living room with large window panes which open on the terrace. It then leads to bedroom # 1 with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find bedroom #2 with double bed, ensuite bathroom, sofa bed and a private terrace; bedroom #3 also has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.
