Enjoy a well-deserved holiday in this spacious and comfortable flat for 4 people in San Roque. It is located in a majestic urbanization with communal pool, just 4 km from the beach of Sotogrande. After spending the day sunbathing on the beach, playing golf on one of the many nearby golf courses, or hiking in the surrounding area, the best plan is to relax on the apartment large terrace after a refreshing dip in the shared pool. The chlorine pool measures 10 x 15 metres and has a depth ranging from 1.5 to 3 metres. The stylish flat, which is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, has all the comforts you need to enjoy your days off. The spacious and bright living-dining room has access to the main terrace, Smart TV and table for 8 guests. The separate kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all the necessary equipment to cook like at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our guests can relax in 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed and the second with twin beds, each with an en suite bathroom, one with bathtub and the other with shower. There is also an additional toilet. Finally, the house is equipped with ducted air conditioning. The community pool is open from 1 June to 31 August. There is no cot or high chair. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
