A stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse in the centre of Nerja, close to Torecilla Beach. Private roof terrace with jacuzzi, outside shower and separte kitchen / dining area. Stunning views over Nerja, the sea and mountains. Private underground parking with lift to the front door. High speed Internet and Air conditioning (in each room) included in the rental price. Short walking distance to the beach, shops restaurants and authentic tapas bars. The property is furnished to modern style with a large living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and separte utility room. Southfacing master bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe. Twin bedroom with bedside tables and wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom provide a bunk bed and free standing wardrobe. 2 bathrooms with modern shower. The property is ideal for 5 people, maximum occupancy 6 people.
