Newly listed, this stylish 3-bedroom villa features a private outdoor pool and a garden with a barbecue area. Located in Lanzarote’s Marina Rubicon, Villa Piña offers free on-site parking. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub offers a balcony with a fantastic view on the pool and garden area. The second queen size bedroom is equipped with a desk and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom. There a second spacious bathroom with bathtub on the first floor. The living room with glass doors facing the pool area is featuring a large dining table, a comfortable couch, a satellite flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a bluetooth speaker. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, a big fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a typical Canarian outdoor space “Solana” where you will find a laundry rack. In the well protected and sunny pool area you can find comfortable sunbeds and an umbrella as well as an outdoor table. In the entrance area you will find a wardrobe, a first aid kit and a guest bathroom with shower. Towels, pool towels and bed linens are provided.
Travel-addict, I fell in love with Lanzarote few years ago. And here I am now, renting a villa to guests so they can in turn discover this wonderful island!
The villa is strategically well located, you can find a major supermarket, bakery, and mall only about 3 minutes walking distance. 500 meters from the villa you can find the famous harbor area of Marina Rubicon with a vast choice of restaurants, bars, shops, a diving center, a sailing school, and an outdoor pool area. Every Wednesday and Saturday morning a large street market is taking place in Marina Rubicon. Playa Dorada Beach is a 10-minute walk from the villa, the popular Playa de Papagayo and Playa Mujeres Beaches are a 10-minute drive from the villa. If you are a wine lover, the famous La Geria vineyards are only a 20-minute drive. The nearest airport is Lanzarote Airport, 30 km from Villa Piña. A bus or taxi service is available next to the supermarket/mall area.
