Guests must identify themselves in order to access the apartment. Check-in is done online. The day before arrival, we will contact the guest to collect identification details for all guests. Entry is done via a code used to collect the keys. Guests will receive this code on the day of arrival, provided they have completed the identification process in advance, and may enter the apartment as soon as it is ready.

The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator.

Guests may send luggage using third-party services. Please note that this establishment is not responsible for the actions of third parties. As a courtesy, we offer a designated drop-off point within our building for luggage deliveries. If the luggage arrives during cleaning hours, we will leave it inside the apartment. If it arrives later, it will be placed at the entrance of the building. On the day after check-in, guests must leave the luggage in the same spot so that their chosen company can collect it. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance.
