Our office is located on the main street of El Médano in Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29 bajo, local 2. Property information

This holiday home with A/C is a super modern, in june 2020 fully renovated loft studio in the center of El Medano with a comfortable groundfloor terrace with a dining and chill area. It has a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The "open space" design of this accommodation with the double bed on the mezzanine floor makes it absolutely cozy and unique! It also has highspeed Wi-Fi, drinking water filter, a safe, a sofa bed, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a fridge / freezer combo. This condominium features a large community pool where you can enjoy Tenerifes' sunshine during your stay. Bed linen and towels, beachtowels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all inluded, as usual in our holiday proposals. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
