Work of a prestigious architect was an avant-garde villa in Sitges in the 1960s and maintains its art-deco essence with a complete update and modernization of the entire villa: spacious with more than 400 meters built, comfortable with a single interior floor, with pool private, garden, summer lounge and 2 terraces plus a solarium with a spectacular view, 100 meters from the sea and famous beaches of Sitges (1 minute walk).
