Villa Aurelia is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, just a few minutes' drive from the beach and town center. Playa Flamingo, with crystal-clear water and golden sand, is a 20-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. Nearby, you'll find a seafront promenade with bars and restaurants, a water park 10 minutes away on foot, and a supermarket 600m from the house. The house features a spacious living room with a sofa, Smart TV with satellite channels, and fiber-optic WiFi, ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete kitchenware, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. It has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has separate beds (which can be joined), a fan and a safe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a desk. The fourth bedroom has separate beds, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning. All bathrooms include a hairdryer. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying time with family or friends, featuring a foosball table, goalposts, and a ping-pong table. The pool and jacuzzi offer privacy and protection from the wind. The terrace has sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a semi-covered area with sofas and a table. There is also a barbecue area with an outdoor table, chairs, and a small fridge. On the upper level, a solarium with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a drinks table offers a perfect spot to relax under the sun with a cold drink. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. Private parking is available. A baby cot and bathtub are available upon request at no extra cost. The house is equipped with solar panels to reduce its environmental impact. Air conditioning has an additional cost. Outside the reservation period, the property is monitored by ADT with motion sensors and exterior cameras. The swimming pool can be heated on request for an extra charge.
