The Villa is privately located in the northeast of Lanzarote, spectacularly overlooking the bay of Arrieta and just a short walk away from the ocean. With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it is the perfect home for a family holiday, a team workation or a group of friends. In the large garden you will find a heated swimming pool, a trampoline, a beach volleyball field and various fruit trees, herbs and vegetables for you to enjoy. ***** The moment you open the door to the Main House, completely renovated in 2022, you will feel that it has always been a very welcoming family home. The large living room with a 7-meter-high ceiling, an open kitchen and a stunning gallery upstairs opens to the garden and offers magnificent ocean views. It is the perfect place to relax, cook, chat and enjoy precious moments with your family and friends. The Apartment has exquisite sunrise ocean views and a warm and welcoming decor. It offers an open and fully equipped kitchen with a large table to gather around. There is one ensuite master bedroom and a connected small, yet very cosy bedroom with a custom-built loft bed right under the roof that sleeps 2 kids or one adventurous adult. Additionally, the kid’s bedroom has a single bed on ground level. ***** We value privacy. The Apartment and the Villa are therefore never rented out separately, but the second kitchen and extra privacy have proved to be ideal for when 2 families stay at the house. The daybed outside, overlooking the pool and the ocean, is a place that you might find hard to ever leave again. The Pool House has its very own magic and comes with yet another breath-taking ocean view. Mostly built with natural lava stone from Lanzarote, this room can be used for yoga, meditation or private massage sessions but it might also perfectly serve as a separate bedroom room. If the timing of your stay with us is right, you could even have the ultimately romantic experience of watching the full moon rise over the ocean.

I first visited the island at the age of 16 and was a returning guest for many many years before my family and I found this lovely house and renovated it. Most of the Lanzarote’s “must sees” like Ceasar Manriques Cactus Garden, Jameos del Agua, Punta Mujeres, the Big Lagoon, Haria and its market, the Mirador del Rio, and the beautiful town of Teguise are a mere 10 min drive away. Even closer is the protected Charco, a semi-natural pool, that his just a short walk away. The beautiful beach of Arrieta and Punta Mujeres is only 5 min by car, perfect for a longer swim or snorkel adventure in the crystal-clear water. And you better not tell anyone that you don’t even have to leave the house to check the little known, yet world class surf, wing foil and windsurf spots on the north coast. Just pick up the provided binoculars and you know when it’s time to go. If water sports are not your thing, you can hike, jog or bike endlessly along the coast or into the mountains, taking off directly from the Villa, often not meeting a single person. Or you hook up with the paragliders who are taking off in the mountains behind the house, if the wind permits, to have a look at the Villa from above. The Villa is about 20 minutes away by car from the airport. Public transport is available in Mala but we recommend to rent a car at the airport.
