Property info

Fabulous Villa for 10 people with truly impressive views of the Cala de Camp de Mar from each of the windows! The Villa and all its living spaces are of enormous dimensions, very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance, 3 bedrooms all with bathroom en suite (one with a double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds, ideal for the youngsters in the family). In the living room you have 2 single sofa beds. On the ground floor we find a huge living-dining room that opens directly onto the terrace-balcony, perfect for al fresco meals & chilling. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are next door plus an additional bathroom. A beautiful terrace wraps around the house overlooking the cove, with access to the private saltwater pool and gardens. Parking is available on the property.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in a quiet residential area although in a few minutes you have the cove with a supermarket, bars and restaurants. With endless options for a little driving, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf and Santa Ponsa are close by. As it is a residential area, no noise is allowed from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
