On the main floor we have a spacious and sunny combined living room-dining room with a large modern-style open space kitchen, dining table, sofas and TV. From the dining room, there is access to the large terrace, where there is another large dining table, perfect for long evenings dining outdoors. On this floor we also have a complete bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm). Next to the dining room, a flight of stairs lead to the upper floor of the house. There we find three double bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190 cm) and two with two single beds (90x190 cm) in each one. One of the rooms has a complete bathroom with shower en suite. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a large complete bathroom with shower. The four bedrooms in the house have access to private balconies, some of them with magnificent views of the beach. On the upper floor we also find the laundry room, with washing machine, sink and clothesline. The whole house is modern and minimalist in style and the house is of course fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. Outside area The house is located a few meters from one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean, Playas de Muro, with kilometers of fine sand and crystal clear waters. The house has a charming garden, with a large covered terrace with a dining table and a BBQ area, to enjoy meals outdoors or sunbathing.
