Beautiful private house with pool, garden, barbecue and chill-out area. It has 5 double rooms, all with air conditioning and 3 full bathrooms. Dining room/living room with air conditioning, relaxation area, fireplace, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. All on one floor, without having to go up or down stairs. Extraordinary location: 450 meters from supermarkets and restaurants, and 5 minutes from the beach by car. Indoor uncovered parking for up to 2 cars.
