Beautiful antique villa that has two rooms with private garden and parking place for two cars. Santa Maria de Llorell is a private urbanisation so there is a fee on the entrance to the gated community per car for the entire stay. In case if you go with your pet, there is an extra fee for each pet for their entire stay. The villa has a sea view but is not placed on the beach. The location is shown on google maps so please check it prior reservation as the beachfront does not mean that the house is at the beach. It wants to say that the house has sea view from the terrace and the garden. The beach is around 1km away from the villa or a bit less going through a shortcut.
Check in between 15h-18h on the day of arrival. Passports or ID documents will have to be shown and touristic fee per person will have to be paid according to the amount calculated by Booking.
There are stairs that lead to the main door. There is no elevator.
The house is placed in a calm area of a gated community called “Santa Maria del Llorell”. There is a supermarket Spar on the entrance to the urbanisation (approximately 10 minutes by foot). The beach is around 25 minutes away from the house walking. Parking place is available. We have wifi for business travellers.
The house is fully equipped with all accessories in bathrooms, toilet and kitchen (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo).
The property is not adapted to people with disabilities. The location of the villa is inside of private urbanisation Santa Maria de Llorell. The urbanisation charges per each car that wants to get in so the guest should take into account this extra cost in case if they decide to reserve the villa.

Neighbourhood is quiet. The urbanisation is 3km away from the centre of Tossa de Mar. One of the most beautiful places at Costa Brava.
There is a small bar/restaurant on the beach. In case if you need anything there is a supermarket called Spar on the entrance to the urbanisation.
