Welcome to Villa Janina, a 300 m² holiday home in Fuengirola with stunning sea and mountain views. The villa is spread across three levels, offering plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Top floor: Fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, office, large dining table for 14 people, sofa and TV corner, open fireplace, bar, billiard table, and a terrace with sea views. A second terrace on this level features a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Second floor: Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two double rooms, two single rooms, and one triple room. Third floor: A separate apartment with a small kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, direct access to the pool, and two bedrooms (one double room and one twin room with two single beds). Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool (heatable for an extra fee), sun terraces, garden, outdoor shower, and balconies with panoramic views. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, baby crib, and entertainment such as a dartboard. Public transport is within walking distance, shopping deliveries can be arranged (available for an extra fee), and horseback riding is available nearby. Please note: pets, smoking, events, and youth groups are not permitted. Local water regulations may affect pool and garden use during your stay.
