The property has been completely renewed in September 2021. It has its own private swimming-pool and is all surrounded by a high wall so you have complete privacy. There is also an outdoor Mirador,with sea view and trees around, a comfortable and cosy corner to have breakfast, or even a romantic dinner under the moon or whatch the beautiful sunset and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The property is very secure, it's built inside a big piece of land with another big wall surrounding it all and an electric gate that can only be opened by the guests or the owners and staff. It also has smoke detectors and alarm. It has a complete modern kitchen with all you need to make your own meals. A very cosy and private terrace, a nice garden with lawn and exotic flowers. And outside is another garden where the Mirador is, also surrounded by trees, plants and flowers. And of course, as you enter the gate, there is a private parking area just for the guests.

They are a very nice couple that live in a little cottage at the other end of the big piece of land, so you won't even hear them. But they will be there for you in case you need anything. They speak fluent spanish, english, french and german.

The villa is half-way from Puerto del Carmen to Puerto Calero, at about 1 km away from either of them. In that area there are country houses and villas but all surrounded by empty plots of land. You feel as if you are in the country-side but not far from busy areas. Between Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero there is a walking path along the sea side which is really nice to do in the early morning to sea a beatiful sunrise or in the evening with an even more amazing sunset. And if at night you want to go out to a bar or restaurant it will only take you a couple of minutes by car. So it's a good place to do whatever you feel like in every moment.
