The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is set in a large garden of 1,000 m² with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue where you can make tasty Mediterranean dinners. All the details have been taken care of, to make you feel at home: a large living room-kitchen of 70m², with all the amenities, easy wheelchair access, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with bathroom en suite), and even a private garage with which you will never have parking problems. The house has been tastefully furnished with all the necessary facilities to make your stay easier and more comfortable: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, cable TV, hi-fi stereo, an espresso machine, a microwave and so on.
