Villa Magnolia is a majestic semi-detached villa with private pool that is composed of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a landscaped outdoor area where you will find, in addition to the large swimming pool, a terrace with barbecue and outside furniture. Villa Magnolia also has central air conditioning, WiFi, safe and Radio CD with iPod input and also it has private parking. Tourism Tax not included on the price. We will proceed to collect the tourism tax of the Balearic Islands once the guests arrive.

Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as baywatch, sunbeds, boat rentals, restaurants and more leisure.The beach is ideal for young children who are learning to swim, as the sea does not cover in the first 50 meters. The complex is very safe and quiet in a family atmosphere. In its shopping area has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water sports and leisure as boat rental, kayaking, horseback riding, cycling etc. Cala Galdana is surrounded by a natural environment, ideal for walking, for example through the Barranc d'Algendar or walk through the Cami de Cavalls to Cala Mitjana (15min walk), to Trebaluger (45 min) that is a lovely and unspoiled beach or the well knowed Cala Macarella (35min walk).
