Inside the Villa there are two floors, both of 150m². The first floor has the entrance, living room, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom. On the second floor you will find five double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a large central distributor. Three of the five rooms have access to outdoor terraces. The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed in each and the other three have single beds. All bathrooms have a shower, WC and towels. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thus, we will find a dining room with TV and a kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven, freezer, and coffee maker, among others. In addition, the villa comes with different amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, heating, satellite TV, washing machine, iron, towels, bed linens, and much more. The outdoor area offers a large terrace with its own private swimming pool with shower surrounded by loungers and three covered porches that occupy in total about 95 m² equipped with various furniture sofas, tables and chairs.

This large villa is located in one of the most lively and lively areas of Mallorca: El Arenal - Las Maravillas. Villa Maravillas is situated on a plot of more than 1000 m² and is about 150 meters from the sea and its incredible long sandy beach. This famous area is also well known for its promenade by the sea where there are endless bars, pubs, restaurants, mini-markets and much more. The house is located just 150 meters from the promenade, which is full of lively bars. The distance to the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is about 15KM, about 20 minutes by car. There you will find an enormous range of cultural offers and typical Mallorcan gastronomy. *Payment of the eco-tax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands. *Payment of the deposit and online check-in are mandatory in order to access the accommodation. *Key collection will be directly at the accommodation.
