'Villa Margarita' in Benisa, located on the eastern Mediterranean coast of Spain, features a charming Spanish façade and is the ideal place for your holidays. The villa offers 52 m² and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine and air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two single beds, and bedroom 3 has a double bed. The private outdoor area features a pool, outdoor shower, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and garden. For security reasons, the property is equipped with exterior cameras that only record areas visible from the street. There are no cameras facing the pool or the flat roof, ensuring your complete privacy. Cala de la Fustera beach is just a 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk away (800 m). A restaurant, supermarket and bar are 6 minutes on foot (530 m), and a café is a short drive away. Alicante Airport is about an hour away by car (82 km). You have two parking spaces on the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the property. A cot and bed are available, and a high chair can be provided on request and for an extra fee. Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided. Registration numbers are available for stays of different durations.
