In an excellent location in Port de Pollença, Villa Pintor is situated just a few steps from the beautiful beach. The ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday, the 2-storey house with a mountain and sea view consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair. The house also boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony, a garden, terraces (open and covered), a heated pool and an outdoor shower. The comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax with a good book by the pool (fenced for an additional fee for bookings with children, for safety reasons) and the multiple outdoor seating areas are the ideal place to dine under the starry sky. A table tennis table is also available for your use. Due to its central location, cafes, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot in under 5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is located just around the corner (a 4-minute walk away / 280 m). The beautiful beach of Port de Pollença is just a stone's throw away (a 2-minute walk / 130 m) where you can spend the day sunning yourself on the soft sand or take a dip in the refreshing sea. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport is a 49-minute drive from the villa (67.4 km). Street parking is available. Shampoo or hair conditioning for the guests are not provided.
