Villa Syrah, built in 2004 on a 550 m² plot, is located in Punta Brava, just behind Loro Parque and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach. With over 700 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The villa features a bright, modern design with large windows, a spacious 60 m² living room, and direct access to a heated saltwater pool (3.5 x 9 m). The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine cooler, ice maker, water filter, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas for up to 10 people. There's also a BBQ area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. It offers 6 bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet, Jacuzzi, private balcony, and sea views. Additional amenities include a TV room, office with PC and printer, and a newly renovated basement with a gym, home cinema, gaming consoles, pool table, and foosball. The villa also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, board games, a first aid kit, and fire extinguishers.
