Complete independent triplex housing in the center, of new construction, reinterpretation of traditional Cartagenero style, a step away from the tourist points of interest and the commercial area. With garage in the house and solarium terrace. Construction of 2017. Very bright and with brand new equipment. The ground floor is for garage and laundry. The first floor has a living room with TV, full kitchen with dishwasher and a toilet, and the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). The roof, in the form of a solarium, is accessible. The house is exclusively for the guest during their stay.
I am Carlos, I am a graphic designer and I also rent my home for stays in my city that is Cartagena. I love the history of my city, one of the oldest cities on the peninsula, which treasures a great history. I invite you to discover it, it will surely surprise you
It is one of the areas of Cartagena with more history, just below the house runs the path of Decumano, the main route of entry to the Roman city. Nearby is the forum, the Agusteum, the house of fortune and the amphitheater, a few steps away we find the theater and the historic neighborhood of Cartagena. Enjoy Cartagena on foot, park in our garage and forget about driving as it is not necessary.
