***Not a touristic rental according to the local laws. You will be required to sign a declaration about the reason of your temporary stay*** A quiet and complete long stay attic with everything to spend your days in the best climate the whole year. Kitchen and bathroom have all amenities. Bed linen and towels included. The terrace includes a jacuzzi, barbecue, sunbeds and a sofa. It is also ideal for families with children: they can sleep on the top floor where there are two single beds available as well as a crib.
I lived in several places of the world so I hope any type of guest will feel welcome and not hesitate if any help is needed!
Metro is at 5 minutes walking. 25 minutes (9 stops) to/from the airport, 12 minutes (2 stops) to city centre, 40 minutes (8 stops) to the beach. There is free parking around the apartment, although it is not very easy to find a free place. Also, there are paid parkings nearby. You also can rent a Valenbisi bike at 1 minute walking from the apartment and be at the center in 10 minutes.
