Note: There is construction next to the Yucas complex, with work scheduled until the end of January, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00. No work will take place from December 19 to January 6, on weekends or public holidays. Yucas Villa 17 is a 3-bedroom holiday home in El Salobre Golf Resort, featuring a private pool and space for up to 6 guests. This comfortable and modern villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering peace and a pleasant stay in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to top-class golf facilities and can enjoy dining options and spa services at the nearby Serenity hotel. For stays longer than 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is included. A cot and high chair can be provided on request for children under 2 years old. The property is in a residential area; parties and events are not allowed. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking is not permitted indoors but is allowed on the terrace.
