Imagine staying in a soothing old Villa, enjoying the privacy and benefits of being one of the closest Villa to the center of Rovaniemi, with breathtakingly peaceful surroundings. A new premium XL hot tub has arrived to boost the unforgettable arctic experience under the Northern sky. Walking distance to all main services : only 700m to city center & Arktikum and 7km to Santa's Village & airport. Total 132m² with all the modern facilities. Three quiet & spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and linings. Well equipped kitchen + coffee, tee, spices, olive oil and oatmeal for breakfast. Cozy living areas for your relax and excellent Finnish sauna. Three restroom – one per each floor. Fireplace, smart TV with free Netflix, HBO Max, Viaplay and quality stereos guarantees the most enjoyable movie nights.

Neighbourhood information

Safe, calm and quiet house is surrounded by trees and the forest is only 30m away. We offer free parking, for camper vans also. Nearby streets and the riverside are great for peaceful strolls. Arctic Garden is complex of two acommodations. This Large three floor Desing Villa and fully renovated Desing Suite with two rooms and sleeping loft (this will open later this year and suite is for up to 5 guests.) Both valuable wooden buildings are one of the oldest in area and loceted on the same old Arctic Garden's yard. Distance between the buildings is 20 meters so both have their own private areas and full privacy. These are just a few reasons why we recommend you to come and visit our wonderful Arctic Garden Desing Villa and the capital of Lapland
