Cozy and calm courtyard facing apartment (52m2) on one of Helsinki's loveliest streets with many cafes, shops and restaurants. Perfect location five minutes walking from the city centre and five minutes from the sea front. All services close by. The apartment has - a well-equipped kitchen - a separate sleeping alcove with two beds - open living room with two sofa beds - dedicated workspace - a newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet The apartment sleeps 4 persons comfortably (1 / bed and 1 / sofa bed)

Perfect location five minutes walking from the city centre and five minutes from the sea front. Some 10 minutes walking from the central railway station. Tram stop close by.
