We are a Finnish-German family interessted in nature, traveling, music , sports and good living. We speaking at 5 languages and wish welcome to people from all over the world to share with them our nice ambiente and finnish nature.

Enjoy a great holiday – Rent a beautiful lakeside cottage overlooking Lake Saimaa. Our spacious round log cabins Mäntyniemi, Katajanokka, Norppatorppa and Karhunpesä have been given a 5-star villa rating on the Finnish MALO rating scale and offer great Finnish cottage holiday for up to 8 people.

Neighbourhood information

Our cottages are handmade by Ilpo himselfe from local logs in tradional building traditions. They are situated directly on the shore of lake Saimaa surrounded by forest. This location facilitate a variety of leisure activities the whole year like fishing, boating, pick up berries and mushrooms, hiking, sauna, cross-country skiing and relaxing in thise healing environment.
