Forget everyday life and step in to enjoy the unique atmosphere of this art nouveau castle! The architecture of the apartment is wonderful: columns, shiny coffered ceiling, patterned floor, decorative elements. The interior is stylishly executed with vintage and design treasures. Every detail has been carefully chosen, the materials are genuine and of high quality, such as marble and wood. Here you can enjoy your vacation or business trip to the fullest! The apartment is fully equipped. Guests can use the entire building, as well as the green and beautiful common courtyard of the house. There is also a laundry room in the house, which can be used for a separate fee. The location of the apartment is central and the transport connections are excellent. Guests traveling by car can also reserve a parking space in the garage for the duration of their visit, which is included in the price of the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: - Access to the apartment by persons not included in the reservation is prohibited. - The use of drugs or other intoxicating substances is prohibited in the apartment. It is also prohibited to bring dangerous substances and gas cylinders into the apartment. - The apartment may not be rented for the provision of sex or massage services. Violations will result in immediate breach of contract, removal and loss of the damage deposit.

The accommodation is located in the heart of trendy Kallio. There are shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs around, so there is plenty of life, especially on weekends. Transport connections and public transport are lively and smooth. Metro, buses, trams and electric scooters can be found right in front of the door. You can park your car in a secure parking garage. There is a paid parking lot on the street, but on weekends and at night parking is free there as well. From the accommodation, you can walk to the central train station in half an hour, or by public transport, the journey takes about 10 minutes.
