From the Villa has a magnificent winter river views. Perfect location for experiencing a white Christmas. Very peaceful area. This unique (luxury) two floors Skandinavian stylish Villa (270 sqm) is located own private riverside lot, near Rovaniemi city center, by the Kemijoki river and by the city wild park Ounasvaara. You can see the Northern lights right from the living room windows or watch them from the big private backyard. Children can play safely in the snow in the villa's large private backyard. Because the windows of the Villa are big, they are high technology heated windows. All the floors are heated. That`s why the Villa is always warm, even if it's really cold outside (-30 degrees celsius or more). The Villa has a really fast wifi connection ( 439 Mbps)

The city`s most exclusive private residential area. Very easy access by car. Short distance to anywhere in town. Cheap taxi rides. Walking distance to anywhere in town; All the city restaurants, Ski resort, wild life park, city center, skiing tracks and so on. The Villa is 7,5 kilometers (only 10 minutes by car) from Santa Claus Village / Christmas Village.
